2022-12-22 Tasting Notes
This is from Tim Wendelboe’s second ever harvest from his farm. He harvested about 15kg and sold it at auction. Sadly, it wasn’t able to ship via Norwegian Post, so I ended up paying more for shipping than the cost of the beans.
Smell
Very light, nutty, with a strong rich herbal smelling beans. Very light smell when brewed.
Taste
Switch @ 92C. A bright, crisp cup that’s not overly sour. Has a slight tea taste, but more of a black tea than something geisha-like. Juicy and more well rounded as it moves around the mouth. Not much of a tail.
