Fractional scaling in GNOME sucks. I have a 4K 32” display and a 2.5K 27” display and my ideal would be to be able to have the 27” at 100% and 4K at 150% however, this leads to blurry text.
GNOME
Wayland
Use:
# Resizes Fonts
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface text-scaling-factor 1.7
Do not use, blurry text:
gsettings set org.gnome.mutter experimental-features "['scale-monitor-framebuffer']"
# Set to 150
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface text-scaling-factor 1.2
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/HiDPI
X11
yay -S mutter-x11-scaling
gsettings set org.gnome.mutter experimental-features "['x11-randr-fractional-scaling']"
Then after reboot you can go to Settings and change the scaling.

All that’s needed for clear text is making sure that Wayland is enabled… “~/.config/environment.d/envvars.conf`
MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1
Logseq
We should use CTRL-+ to resize the UI as desired
Clear text:
~/.config/logseq-flags.conf
--enable-features=UseOzonePlatform,WaylandWindowDecorations
--ozone-platform=wayland
